Holiday Shores features 10 miles of beautiful shoreline on the north east corner of Lake Sinclair in Hancock County. It is approximately a 2 hour drive from Downtown Atlanta and a little more than 1.5 hours from Augusta, Georgia .
Holiday Shores is a Restricted Covenant Community requiring membership of all lot owners. This ensures property values remain a good investment for now and the future. At present the community has approximately 170 homes completed, on the 300 plus sites. All but a few have lake access. It's a great place to just 'sit back and relax'. Try it, you'll like it.

On 1 January of each year individual invoices are EMAILED
to all owners. Payment must be received by 31 January to avoid penalty.
Beginning February 1, interest will begin to accrue at the legal limit of 18%
per annum. Updated invoices will be mailed/EMAILed on the 1st of each month for
a reasonable period after which the account will be turned over to our
attorneys for appropriate legal action.
