Welcome to Holiday Shores!  Come and fish, boat or just relax in a beautiful rural setting.  Our family oriented community has 10 miles of shoreline on the Northeast corner of Lake Sinclair in Hancock County.  It is approximately a 2 hour drive to Downtown Atlanta and a little more than 1.5 hours to Augusta, Georgia.   We are a Restricted Covenant Community with over 300 sites and more than 200 homes completed.  Most sites have direct lake access.  The entrance to our community is located at the intersection of Lake Crest Drive and Warren Chapel Road in Sparta Georgia.
